Franchise Training: An Overview of the ProSource System

We train owners to be confident in running their ProSource businesses. That starts with a deep dive into the foundational elements of the franchise model where you join the franchisee network. We move into tailored franchise training for team-specific roles to help ensure a successful launch of the showroom. As you continue to build success, we will provide training and franchise support on a 1:1 and group basis. You’ll be supported by your region’s field business consultant.
