Three NC Brothers Bet on Wilmington’s Building Boom with New ProSource Showroom
Family-owned showroom brings 35 years of building expertise to Wilmington’s growing trade community
WILMINGTON, N.C. – (Sept. 21, 2026) – ProSource Wholesale, the premier wholesale partner and supplier for home and commercial projects, has opened ProSource of Wilmington, a locally owned showroom serving builders, contractors, designers and other home improvement professionals throughout the greater Wilmington area.
The new showroom, located at 4274 U.S. Highway 421 North, Suite 130, in Wilmington, is owned by brothers Jeffrey, Curt and Rusty Williams. The brothers grew up on a farm in Duplin County before going on to build entrepreneurial careers of their own and now, coming together to launch a family business designed to serve the professionals building and renovating homes across the rapidly growing Wilmington region.
Right Place, Right Time
The timing is intentional. Wilmington recently ranked among the nation’s strongest real estate markets, placing No. 30 overall and No. 7 among small markets, in a national study that considered both housing-market strength and economic conditions. Local economists have also pointed to continued regional growth and strong housing demand.
For the Williams brothers, that growth represents an opportunity to provide builders and contractors with a trusted, locally based source for the products and expertise they need to get projects done.
“Wilmington is a community that is continuing to grow, and we saw an opportunity to build a business that could grow right alongside it,” said Jeffrey Williams, who oversees day-to-day operations at ProSource of Wilmington. “My brothers and I all took different entrepreneurial paths, but we share the same roots and a strong connection to the building industry. Coming together as a family to open ProSource is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Jeffrey brings 35 years of experience in the building and contracting business to the new showroom, giving local trade professionals access to more than products alone.

ProSource of Wilmington officially opened in July 2026 and offers trade professionals and their clients access to a broad selection of flooring, kitchen and bath products, along with design services and support for residential and commercial projects.
The showroom will celebrate its grand opening with an Open House on Thursday, Oct. 1, from 3 to 7 p.m. The event will feature food, drinks, prizes and opportunities for guests to meet vendor representatives and explore the beautiful new showroom.
